There is a lot of confusion about Spirituality and Awakening, and just for fun, I have added vibration to this discussion. For many, it isn’t easy to understand the connection between these topics. It is time to examine all three and how they work together to achieve higher consciousness.

What is Spirituality?

Spirituality can be defined as a connection to something beyond our physical reality. This could be an inner yearning to connect with a higher power, searching for meaning and purpose, or simply appreciating beauty in nature. It is often associated with meditation and contemplation, as these practices help us to focus our attention inward and explore the deeper aspects of our existence.

It is important to note that spirituality isn’t about following any religion or philosophy; rather, it means finding your own individual path according to your unique beliefs and values.

What is the Purpose of Spirituality?

The ultimate purpose of spirituality is to develop a connection with something greater than ourselves. It helps us to deepen our understanding of life and find meaning in what we do.
